Ok so some limiteds cost 9,223,036B+. Who would seriously have all that money? There should be a cap to how much a limited costs, maybe 100k. Even that's a lot. So, who supports?

Why would you buy from them in the first place when there are other sellers who are reasonable. People who do post limited items at 1B+ usually do that because they intend on keeping the hat. And to do that is simple. Price it at 1B+ or more.
