I made myself very clear to UCR that if the pcrash against RIU was not lifted by today RIU will look at it as a forfeit courtesy of the UCR side. As for the war from this point, RIU obtained 2 offensive victories until we were crashed from Montis. Which include;

UCR didn't obtain any offensive victories against RIU and refused to raid us at our City [http://www.roblox.com/RIU-Stellar-City-Primary-Base-place?id=43351281] after losing their invasion that included themselves, WIJ and LS.
They claim to not want to raid due to what they thought was unfair, even though they agreed it was fair after scouting the base at the start of the war. Nevertheless RIU was willing to compromise with UCR to make the base in their eyes, more fair. Right now their main demands have been fulfilled, having swords in the starterpack, the glitch entrance by RIU spawns fixed, and the RIU spawns moved.
Yet, UCR still refused to lift the pcrash against RIU;

Plava has for the most part ignored me, only demanding a final battle that would be going against the war terms we set, and would make our offensive victories pointless.
Many UCR High Ranks suggested to me to declare victory over UCR for doing such actions;

Unfortunately it has come for me to do such actions, even though I really desired to continue the war because RIU and I enjoyed raiding UCR.
For now, RIU has prevailed over UCR until they decide to remove the pcrash against RIU at their fort. I'd like to applaud the members of RIU for their great work , effort and honorability that UCR unfortunately didn't show.

You can not call off attacks during official war.

I claimed temporary victory against UCR until you lift the pcrash against RIU, then the war can resume.

I believe we have already beaten you 'fair and square' until you lift your pcrash at your fort, we won majority of the attacks we launched against you until the pcrash was implemented.
