In-Game Block Rendering Glitch

Whenever I join a game, not sure whether there are any specific parameters that I should describe, but like in http://www.roblox.com/Armored-Patrol-v6-8f-place?id=1636712 I join and the blocks disappear and reappear randomly. The Sky is still visible, and the ambient occlusion [Lighting/Shadows} is still visible on the player. When I move the camera the effect is even more agitated. Help?...

I have had the same exact problem for awhile, but only on certain games. I especially see it on: http://www.roblox.com/Updates-Blackhawk-Rescue-Mission-place?id=23973424 I get really annoyed and I always adjust the camera to the point it doesn't glitch, but when I move it, it does. I hope there are more answers to this thread!
