Okay, so a recent manner of what I've been seeing around on the forums is that people keep an unrelated argument going on in a bad thread, example:

Let's say that we're on the topic of adding a 3D scroll to the ROBLOX System and someone acts ignorant, or just a moron in general, (which is usually the case, i'm a moron.)
So, this is how it usually starts:
1) Someone plans out the idea
2) Someone disagree's
3) They start an argument
4) They keep the argument going until one of them wins, and this is usually not the case.

How this will work:
There will be a button at the top of the screen saying "REQUEST THREAD CLOSE." If you are going to request the thread to be closed you must give a reason. This cannot be easily exploited because requesting the thread to be closed will not necessarily close the thread, but put a flag next to the title of the thread requesting it to be checked by an admin. Putting a flag at the thread of the page will put the thread on the front page, giving a better chance of an admin to check the thread for inappropriate actions. There will be no 100% chance of it going to be closed when you request, so people cannot spam on several accounts.
Support or don't, please give a reason though.
