You need to uninstall roblox. If on windows 8, go to your search bar in the windows menu and search "uninstall a program". Find roblox, un install, re install/download, if on windows 7 (I have windows 8 so I don't know how windows 7 works), try finding out how to un install roblox, and re install. Same thing for each one. Hope this helps!

Ok I have similar problem, but my roblox been installed, after a few days/weeks it wont let me open it. Might be the applications I have installed (I wont say what they are). |

Look at this...
Solution 1: Your windows is old and ROBLOX can't run on it.
Solution 2: Reboot or restart your computer.2
Solution 3: If you have a anti virus software use virustotal and you will be able to see if your anti virus software is doing it, then you remove that software (If you want) and that should fix it.
Solution 4: Run roblox file/exe as administrator.
Solution 5: Try a different roblox installion site (NOT RECOMMENDED, MIGHT GIVE VIRUS IF YOU USE WRONG SITE)
Solution 6: If using mac, make sure you have 10.7 and higher for it to work!
Solution 7: Contact roblox
Solution 8: Other applications may be causing the roblox error. Try removing a application that is unknown.
Solution 9: A virus could be causing the error, if you have windows, use windows defender and scan your computer. (Full scan recommended) Quick scan wont scan everything, or use your bought anti-virus software and scan your computer.
Solution 10: If you have windows XP, the error being caused could be because microsoft stopped updating windows XP, try buying/installing a newer windows.
Solution 11: Files for roblox could be corrupted, reinstall roblox.
Solution 12: Firewall could be preventing roblox to install/open. Try checking your firewall. If that don't work reboot pc.
Solution 13: Reset internet options.... (use internet explored to do so)
Solution 14: Install roblox with different browser (I recommend chrome)
Solution 15: Anti virus is preventing roblox to open, to see if this is the problem, disable your anti virus software.

Try resetting or delete your cookies related to the Offical Roblox site then reinstall it, it may be the problem with the Roblox internets and joining the Roblox game clients, etc. Hope my idea worked! |

If it doesn't work, then Roblox files are not responding and may be corrupted by a virus or an old software, corrupted files/cookies or virus or unresponsive firewall or any other stuff like that may be causing Roblox to not work and have technical issues while launching The Roblox website or a Roblox game client, you may wanna reboot your computer or run the Roblox website as an administrator or delete all the corrupted files that is a Roblox file, or delete other applications nor Roblox to fix the problem. |
