Error could not connect to game ID=17

Hi, I have been trying for a couple of weeks to play any of the games on ROBLOX, however, no matter what game I try to play, a message appears after a moment saying: Error could not connect to game ID = 17. I have already tried restarting the computer a dozen or so times, reinstalling ROBLOX a few times, and everything else in all the help threads about this. I have also scanned the computer a few times to see if there was a virus in the computer, but I am still encountering the same problem. Could you please help me??? I have tried everything I can think of!

When it happens to me, i just wait a while, or try to join again. But in your case, I have no idea. Try to contact roblox or a moderator.

Ok, I have sorted it out now. I had to completely erase all data on my computer pertaining to ROBLOX, and then I reinstalled ROBLOX. Now it works!!!

Correction: I seem to only have the problem using the university's wifi, however it is all fine at home and anywhere else. Whenever i go back to the uni, it has the same problem. I go back home and it is fine! Strange..........

Restart the coomputer. Works for me.
