[UAF] Colonel Elections 4/13-4/20 Set E

Comrades, it is time again to elect new Colonels! All Professionals as of 4/12/13 are on the ballot. If you are not on the ballot, sorry, but it's too late. You'll have to wait until the next election in a few months. The elections will work as follows: Any and all candidates who obtain at least 35% of the amount of votes that the candidate with the most votes from that particular group has, are elected. For example, if Ignitos, in Ballot A has 100 votes, 35% of 100 is 35. So, we subtract 35% from 100 and get 65. Anyone else on the ballot has to have 65 votes or more to be elected. If emptybaseplates in ballot A has 73 votes, and tntboy2001 in ballot A has 64, Emptybaseplates would be elected, and tntboy would not. If DiscoHeaven is in ballot B, he is not affected by any votes ballot A. You may cast your vote for 2 different candidates. You cannot vote for yourself. Any use of alts or manipulating voters will cause you to be disqualified. Elections start at the time of this posting and end in exactly 1 week, at 11:45 PM EST.
