I believe Merely hasn't got any second limited item of the same hat (yet). We can't say he's going to do that as well.
Also, it's not sure that your limited's price will drop. If many hats get bought, the price will actually raise because there are less people selling it for a low amount of ROBUX. |

You do realize it will be cheaper than higher is more people get 2 or 3 etc?

Wait, let me give an example:
There's a hat called Hat which was 100R$ and has been sold 1000 times. The lowest price of Hat is now 200R$, after that there's 201R$, 203R$, 207R$, and 211R$. Then it suddenly is 1000R$. Now, if I bought all those low priced hats (the 200, 201, 203, 207 and 211R$), the lowest price would be 1000R$.
I don't see how the price is going to drop. |

I am only on roblox for friends now, barely for games...
I retired making games in like 2011 and rarely update them.

I also agree. Many people will hoard all the items (Merely, for example) and the other users will be left in the dirt. Trade Hangout, for example. 9/10 of the people there are Hoarders, or those who have mindless or rich amounts of limiteds. There's only a few amount that are civilized and got decent, regular limiteds. And, the Hoaders treat the rest of us like dirt. Infact, there should be a group for this. Anti-Hoarders. |

Support, with the new update, unfairness has swept across ROBLOX in a day, and ROBLOX has been survival of the richest for years now, but the new update makes it several times worse because the rich ROBLOXians will be able to hoard the limiteds, put them at an extremely high price, and leave them there just to show-off, and ADMINS are doing the same. |

I won't quit roblox because I don't quite care for collectin them all, but I do have somewhat of an interest and whenever I have the money, I buy one. (I hate those people who whine to their parents for robux to get limiteds..)

Oh my god, are you kidding me?
First off, stop insulting people who dont agree with you for valid reasons.
Second, this is a bad idea. It wont kill the game or something like that. Every time someone has said that, it has never happened. So be quiet.
Third, why? None of this is bad. It makes the economy simpler and easier. Exactly what we need.
Fourth, keep in mind that you play THEIR game, not yours. We dont dictate what they do in updates. And quite frankly, they could give less of a crap if you quit. They have a couple more million users playing. |
