Hi there. I'm a C&Ger, and a major problem happens frequently in clans. It's called AAing, aka Admin Attack. It takes place when a high-ranked member of a group, uses his powers to lower the ranks of those who are lower than him, or make them higher. This is a common problem, and I want it to stop. Therefore, I propose promotion requests. Say a General in Iron Force wants to promote someone. Only a person who's rank is higher can "accept or decline" the promotions. This will result in less Admin Attacks.

or... you could give them less powers. You should only give admin to a good friend of yours, or someone who has proved his trustworthiness ice ice baby

Doing that, simply just gives no reason for promotion/demotion to the HRs. The owner could do it themselves. some say, im the world's worst forum troller ever

It will, but it will also take time for the promotion to take place. Causing the low rank to leave. What could happen is there could be a box added, and give it to active high ranks. It would reduce low ranks leaving, and reduce the aa's.
