Give me a direct quote of where this is WNTS. Also, the "ODer alert" excuse is complete BS. "We can't have this hat! Someone might OD with it!" is the same as saying, "We can't have cars! Someone might kill people with it!" I fully support this. Non-BCer hats have become increasingly lackluster and now that they're going to remove TIX they're claiming they'll up their effort but they won't.
