Roblox CANNOT ban you if you have not done nothing against the rules. So lets say bobby13 goes on vacation for a month. He comes back and sees a ban. He reads the terms and conditions and it says " If you break the rules, we will ban you." He broke no rules in the past month except not getting online. He tells his dad, and his dad calls costumer service and complains, then files a lawsuit because his son have obc lifetime he spent money on. The judge reviews the rules, and while it says they can ban you, it also says you have to do something wrong to get the account banned. If he didn't do anything wrong, then ROBLOX would need to pay money for violating the rules they made. After this repeting lots of times, ROBLOX would have no money left because they had to give it away in lawsuits. ROBLOX goes out of the internet forever. This is what it would lead to, so yes, you are wrong. |
