So whenever you do a group shout, I noticed, it doesn't show up on peoples Home screen very fast. Sometimes they don't look at the group. Also sometimes they'll come late when they think that they are early. So I thought that maybe it would be cool it it come up more fast. Please put this as one of the new things into roblox!

That's a good idea. It usually takes an hour to register. I support. But then again...people may not check the group as often. To see the store enemies, allies, description...all that. I still support though.
