Roblox just ignoring this

Are you kidding me? Its been 4 days since i didnt play roblox because i cant play any games and i bet some people are having the same problem. I can tell because usually games have like 1,000 people online or 900. yet im seeing games right now that are like 300 people online. And people are complaining on the forum about the same problem. And roblox is not even doing a thing about it. DO A UPDATE OR SOMETHING. If you guys are doing something different then put that a side for a moment and fix this problem because we are loosing our patience
