I've been pondering the idea for a while, and I believe its now time for me to present it to the world and see how it is received. I plan on making YT web series named [CLASSIFIED]. Aside from that, it will have its own RPG to accompany it on Roblox. That being said, I will now explain its fundamentals to you. Genre: Sci Fi, Epic Type: RPG FPS Name: REBELLION Online [] To start it off, the game will revolve around the central plot of the series. You are a slave mine worker who has just been freed by the liberation force. You are taken to a refugee camp hidden by the landscape. You soon have the choice of being who you want to be. You can either be a normal civilian, a soldier, a scavenger, mercenary, raider. [] The way the I plan on making a story driven game is that the main missions will be accompanied by comic book style cut scenes. There will be many side quests, and some of them provide big rewards such as powerful weapons and cash which you wouldn't find in depots. [] Now for the actual look of the game. As a way to battle lag, I've borrowed a tactic from E981, a once prominent figure in the sci fi genre on Roblox. Instead of it occupying one game slot, separate accounts will be made, each containing a piece of the game. Each of them will be interconnected with game teleporters. There will at least two worlds to visit. The first containing the most landscape variety, such as deserts littered with crashed warships, lush jungles with waterfalls, and snowy mountains capes. The other other will be a world of metal and technology. Great cities with huge skyscrapers reaching towards the atmosphere. A large metallic web structure will be seen looming above the sky. [] Combat structure. Heads up, no magic, but there might be something like it. I will focus heavily on melee and Roquefort styled combat. To balance it out, there will be in game powers, such as cloak to help those using melee get close and personal with the shooters. Speaking of melee, you will have a variety of hand held blades and blunts at your disposal such as swords, energy daggers, spears, chained steel balls, brass knuckles, and some other crazy stuff. As for the ranged weapons, it'll be the usual assault rifles, shotguns, snipers, lmgs, and pistols, all with a bit of pizazz though. I'm deciding on whether you should be able to upgrade weapons. Still, I'll also keep combat in mind when developing landscapes. [] As for character customization, you will be given the choice of choosing skin color. First of all, the series revolves around stylish stick men art, if that's what you'd call it, so the possible skin colors will be black, dark stone grey, medium grey, light stone grey. You can choose your hair style, along with facial expressions. Deciding if you should be able to change face decal while playing instead of being stuck with the one you chose at first. Clothes will be mainly comprised of decals, excluding things like boots, gloves, and scarves, and some minor accessories. [] As for vehicular travel, you can use either a personal motorcycle, dune buggy, or party truck. Note - you won't be able to keep what you buy, so you might have to buy a new vehicle every time you enter a section, or you can steal someone else's. Don't worry, vehicles will only be used for large open areas, such as the desert wastelands, and maybe some country sides.
