The ability to wear two hats a once! The process it called "THats" and its a button on the Change Charater Area. The Abilty to put on Two hats goes like this. You have Two hats you wish you can put on (Ex. HVg's and a Tophat) And you cant. So theres the THat button! You press the Button, and its a fee of 100 Tickets.
