Around half a year ago I was a mini LMaDer, I grew older and got tired of ROBLOX because of the main issues that keeps getting worse. I come back and look at this, its still horrible. ROBLOX, seriously, just listen to the community for once. I really don't care if it gets locked because you get upset over a user speaking up, I really don't care. Here are some things I notice that won't change.
1. Actually go through good ideas. Telamon mentioned an idea where you could pay 1 ticket to comment to hopefully reduce spam. Most of the public loved this idea. 2 years later and we don't have this feature. Look where it is now. Just look at the comments on this

its full of spam and scamming. Just try to focus for once on the comments and solve this spam issue.
2. Listen to our opinions. Remember when the first image of Robloxian 3.0 was released? Mostly everybody hated it but you still went through with it. I'm not saying its wrong to get new ideas, I'm saying don't bother spending money on making a new series of bodies that mostly everybody already hates.
3. Think a little clearer on ROBLOX economy. When the 30% raise was here, I was very upset. This ruined profits for everybody. You said this would reduce inflation. Think about it ROBLOX. If a government takes away 10 less fish off a bundle a fish delivered to a village every month, do you think the villagers would salvage their share more? No, they would go more insane, stealing other people's fish and food. Same here, lowering our profits make us rise them more to gain what we lose.
4. At least tell the community why you remove features we love. Remember those times with the green cursor, badges in game, or the badge indicator ding ding sound? We all loved it. One day it just vanished. Nobody even knows why it disappeared. Can't you at least tell the community why you remove these good features and not hide it from the public? What happened to contests? Can't we at least know why they are gone?
5. Quit being money greedy. I understand you need money to run ROBLOX which is fine. Before when I played a lot more I had obc. I was happy with how much profit I earn. When you took most of our bonus stipend I was so upset. What was that for? That sure didn't solve inflation. Also, why did you take the active places from nbc. Mods are saying this was a glitch that the places stayed active when bc went nbc. This went on for 5 years, its kind of obvious it wasn't just a glitch. How could it gone unnoticed for 5 long years? Can't you keep one bc benefit for the loyal people who actually gave money to you for a long time?
Overall, I think ROBLOX has to listen to the community and think harder. Its a kids game, be nice. Don't let players not be part of a huge section of ROBLOX unless they spend money on it. Like I said, I really don't care if this gets locked, removed, or if I even get banned for a while. I just care that I spoke out. |

Most of this is understandable, but the green cursor dot was awful. It has no place in a non-MMORPG/tactical RPG game. People complain about it because people complain about literally EVERY change Roblox makes, and they like to pretend like every removal of an antequated gameplay feature is a personal insult. |

Tyler, I like ya. I like how you don't rage on me or something and you gave an honest opinion. I also thought of this, if you lock, remove, or ban me ROBLOX, you're hurting yourself more than me. You would just be showing that you're afraid of users speaking out so you eliminate us for our opinions. Don't hurt your rep like that ROBLOX. |

There's only one issue that sticks around now-a-days. The Community.

Perhaps they didn't find it practical, nor did they find that it would be useful. I mean think about it. Someone can comment 10 times, create a new account, comment 10 times, and just rinse and repeat. They can then do that every day. It wouldn't cut down on it, it would just increase the amount of alternate accounts.

Mhmm. Looking back now, although the bodies we're bad, the community was VERY, VERY arrogant. Hell, ROBLOX even said, "Tweet David and we'll have a call where we can discuss the issues with our bodies." What happened? Everyone's like, "I DON'T LIKE THEM." but couldn't give a valid reason why they didn't like them.

The 30% Fee is amazing. Mainly because it makes you LMaD'ers go all crazy. It's perfectly fine the way it is. Besides, you know you spend WAY too much time on this game when you complain about a VIRTUAL TAX. It's a game, grow up.

The Badge Notifications, and the Badge Noises were removed due to their general annoyance. The Green Cursor, I don't know. Perhaps it was like Bevels, it didn't work with the new Dynamic Lighting?

"YOU TOOK AWAY MY BONUS STIPEND OGM" Stop being so god dang greedy. YOU DON'T NEED FREAKING MONEY TO PLAY THIS GAME. ROBLOX is a BUILDING game. Not a DRESS UP, CLOTHING TYCOON game. Besides, you know ROBLOX doesn't make much profit anyways? The majority of the profit they do make goes to BLOXCon.

Again, if they continue to listen to these whining, greedy, LMaD'ers and BC'ers complaining over any dang issue that causes them to earn less profit, ROBLOX is going to become ruined. This is ROBLOX, not a Monopoly.

How am I being greedy. All im saying is roblox should be a bit more loyal or at least do something and a part of it is they at least do something for those who were loyal to roblox for a long time. |

I have to agree with 1204 here, mostly. All of the "negative" changes you listed were actually for the better. Badge-getting GUIs are still completely possible (and easy) to script, even using the original sound. People are just too lazy to put them in their games. |

So you left because of issues and came back just to complain about more issues? If you really didn't like ROBLOX that much, just quit and don't come back.

For once? ROBLOX listens to us a lot. Even more than before. Users were ranting just like you and now, there are more moderators on S&I. I have even made threads on RT that have had 2 moderators post on, and they weren't even serious threads.
And tell me this please: if you owned a successful business like ROBLOX, would you even have enough time to individually listen to each suggestion and opinion? There are different opinions all around and it's difficult to create the perfect website. There will always be that one person who is never satisfied.

It was just a suggestion, and if they really liked it, it would probably be implemented by now. While some loved it, there were also people saying that this would be bad for NBC'ers who can't afford much and that our freedom of speech would be "altered". You have to look at both sides of the story here.

They do listen... but maybe they liked the 3.0 themselves and didn't think of it as that bad. It didn't affect our website so bad overall, unlike the new studio updates. Everybody complained and ROBLOX was quick to fix it. Why don't you mention that?

Again, I don't see how this is so terrible. It's something we will learn to live with, and I don't mind it. You may, others could, but think about this: Is it really that serious that you need to rant over it? Could you list me some things that this has negatively impacted on the website and users?

Green cursor had no use besides obbies basically and people complained about it being annoying. Also, people would click accidentally and lose their game for moving or something.
Badges in game were also extremely annoying, along with the ding sound. I remember how it used to constantly glitch and the message would be spammed along with the "ding" sound.
People would also all step on the badge at once so that the message and sound would be spammed throughout the server.

1.) ROBLOX Wiki.
2.) ROBLOX Blog.
3.) Notifications.
4.) Ask RT or ATR. I always get answers from there.
And ROBLOX doesn't get rid of updates just for the fun of it. There's always a reason behind it. Good or bad, there's still a reason.

Overall... here's what I think...
Out of all the satisfactions that ROBLOX has accomplished... only few people recognize them. The rest just whine about minor issues and rant all day. Maybe if you learned to wake up and smell the roses, you'd see all the accomplishments, too. |
