I also thought that there should be two forms - Character and Place. There is not just one way of stylin'! So it is kind of like what I said but in a place-like form. ROBLOX Crew can decide on that one. But, there has not been a regular place contest for a long time (about 1 and a quarter years)! So yeah, start it up!
Since I accidently mixed it up, basically this is how they should do it.
Form A: User Submission
Users could rate the look/place 1 out of ten. "people would make alts and rate it ten/ten" Well, I got an idea. In order for it to not be like that, ROBLOX should make a system that will take the lP and only let it vote once. If that is the user who made the look/place, it will not transfer, saying it with a error. And you can only send once. When you vote on a place once, you go into a whitelist denying that lP. And if you ask why lP has a L in it, I think ROBLOX denies that word. Sorry to get you angry, moderators.
Form B: ROBLOX Crew Considerate
In this, you will HAVE to click a button in order to send your submission. (3 style/places can be submitted.) And when the contest entry form is over and voting time starts, the workers in ROBLOX Crew will rate it from a 1 to 10 base. It will send a message looking like this:
Hello (UserName),
(Player who Considered) has rated your current look/place for the State/Country Styles Contest (Rating). If you are unhappy, remember you have (Amount of Looks/Places) left to submit. Thank you,
-ROBLOX Crew
And that is pretty much it.
Form C: Computer-Based Rates
In this, there will be a automated bot which would consider how well-done the look/place is, detect every pixel, ect. ect. ect. in order to get a rating. Say, the bot scanned and it thought 8/10. It will send a message like above.
