There is a large amount of normal words censored, such as shot, shoot, kill, etc. Many games in roblox involve some shooting of guns and kills. Keep in mind only 13+ users are allowed to speak and hear what others are talking about. This is not club penguin or barney's dreamland. Stop censoring normal words. Also, for censoring, the censor should consist of *'s, not number signs. |

I agree. "Kill," "shoot," "shot," and "balls are not allowed. They should be, because they are not bad, and balls means in-game balls in certain games. Kill should not be blocked; we are not babies. Anyone who cannot handle the word "kill" is a baby who should not be on ROBLOX, or just way oversensitive. Shoot and shot should not be banned, for the same reasons as "kill." |

The same reasoning here, aka. The chat only allows 13+ users to interact with or hear people. 13 year olds are well able to handle words such as shoot, shot, or kill. "balls" on the other hand is more questionable. |

cda, i agree that balls is a acceptable word to censor, but shot, shoot, or kill aren't very threatening words, especially over an internet chat. Only 13 and up users are allowed to see these chats, anyways. You think a 13 year old will cry himself to sleep knowing some kid over the internet said he's going to kill him? |

Yeah, "I am going to shoot/kill you" will usually mean ingame. You can say in a group raid, "Guys, I shot the group leader," or in any game with guns. Uncensor those words. I fact, E-Mail the link to this thread to ROBLOX's Info at ROBLOX.com email so they see. |

I'm not sure, but Murder Mystery might be scripted specifically to censor the names.
This might be to prevent players from telling who the Murderer is.
The chat in Murder Mystery isn't a roblox chat, though. It was scripted by the place creator or some other player. |

If the chat is scripted, then it's the scripters problem. The people who scripted the chat made it block specific words. I just tested one of my chat guis, and it allows me to say every single word everyone here is complaining about. (Because I didn't script it to censor anything.) |

Is your chat GUI or whatever one of the ones you click in a box to type?
The ones we're talking about are the ones you still use "/" for.
I'm terrible at explaining things, so sorry if this doesn't make any sense.
