I can't tell if I'm censored or not in games.
But I would like to know so I can learn what is and what isn't censored.
ROBLOX should make an add on to the hashtag chat update that tells you if you got hashtagged/censored or not.
Something like this:
("The words (Word) and (Word 1) are censored, try saying something else.")
If just one word:
("The word (Word) is censored, try saying something else.")
If more than two words, add commas:
("The words (Word), (Word1), and (Word2) are censored, try saying something else.")
We can't learn if we don't know, right? It would help with a slap on the wrist.
This should also extend to the website's features, like item pages or the forums/comments. A slap on the wrist during in-game chat should also count on the website.
The rules for this thread are simple. Don't post negative things for the sake of post count, you will start a flamewar doing that. Rather, you should post constructive criticism to help improve upon the idea. |

Because people can report you for saying what the TOS deems a bad word. That's why the censorship update was implemented in the first place. |

OR make it so 13+ an turn off the filter.
People with their filter on will see the hashtags, people with their filter off will see the words.

Yeah. Sounds good. Back when you couldn't say "hell", I was telling my friend what I was building on my personal server (we were both in-game). I built Heaven, which went up, and Hell, which went down. I then said "i built hell". I was wondering why there wasn't a response. The reason? Censorship. Support. |

The problem is that it doesn't censor things consistently.
My one friend was trying to say "bye" and it censored him the first two or three times then let him say it.

@To Everyone saying just let 13+ say anything.
Well, for one thing, I believe ROBLOX decided to get rid of everyone being able to freely chat. And two, a lot of people who aren't even 13+ made their birthday year over 13+ just so they can talk, so they can learn cuss words right to right.

ROBLOX's update blurred the line between 12- and 13+ being censored. Due to the update, I'm now paranoid of whether or not I'm censored of words I would previously be comfortable saying.
I suggested this to remove the paranoia. |

To me i also find the hashtags annoying why dont the just like remove the hashtag thingys and make it say this word has been censored |

Its called the whitelist censor people under 13 can now type and they also made the black list ( which to me personally sounds racist). Its to cover up all the swearing and other stuff |
