So... almost all of us have gotten this message before.

This filter is very useful... but sometimes... you just have no idea which word exactly is breaking the filter.
So here's my suggestion:
There should be a button that leads you to a page with your content in it. The words that harm the filter or break the rules will be highlighted. Then, it's easy to tell which words are breaking the filter without having to scan your entire post.
Some reasons why we need this:
1.) We might make accidental typos that turn an innocent word into a bad word. For instance, forgetting to put an O when you type "hello". Or forgetting the "p" or accidentally deleting it somehow when you type "pass".
2.) In long posts/wordwalls, it's hard to navigate where any profanity is. You'd have to scan carefully with your eyes, word by word, trying to find the word that's breaking the rules. This is very annoying and time-consuming.
3.) Some words we type may seem completely innocent to us, but not to ROBLOX. For example, words like "email" or "age" seem innocent to us, but ROBLOX filters it and doesn't even tell you what the word is that's breaking the rules.
We're going to naturally ignore 'age' or 'email' because those words aren't bad or used for profanity... yet ROBLOX does not allow it.

Support! Once I made a thread with about 100 words and i could not find the filtered word. I spent an hour putting periods in every word. Guess what? The filtered word was the last one. I was so mad.

This idea was already thought of. But I guess i can support. Oh wait When you type something, you look at the monitor not your keyboard. That way there will be no mistakes. |
