Bad Computers + New Dynamic Lighting = 1 Fps

Can there be a dynamic lighting option and really bad graphic option so bad computers wont lag (like mine) and i will be able to play on places. I like roblox its just that people who want to play the game dont have to suffer the heavy lag. All who agree put it so in the forum.
