I saw someones shadow pass by far off, but i was to dazed to see who ran, so i got up slowly and looked around, hopeing that thing that attacked me was gone

I fly out of the waterfall and stands on water.I grow lily pads."Well that is plant..."I blow the lily around."Wind..."I say quietly.I then freeze the pond."Ice"I say silently,making sure nobody is around.Then I make a flame appear on ice and melt it."That is fire..."I say quietly.I then get the rocks of the waterfall fence(The ones that keep the water in) go higher."And rock..."I say,Flying back into the waterfall.I wanted to keep the stone for last.In human form,It was the size of a regular rock,So it isnt that noticable
