The new chat system has been very controversial. Some people disagree with some words that are blocked. Choosing would be different depending on what account type:
## -13 ##
When an under 13 account is made, the parent is sent an e-mail to verify their account. One of the links in said e-mail would be to customize chat settings. It would take them to a "Parent Page," where their would be several options:
>Use default -13 chat settings
>Use default 13+ chat settings
>Customize chat settings
>Here would be choosing what words are blocked by a list of all blocked words so far. Parents can check or uncheck words as they see fit. This way, unnecessary words would only be blocked if a parent wanted it to be so.

13+ can choose words for themselves.
This way, people cannot be offended by words while seeing words they see necessary. Also, they should be able to publish choices as "Chat Packs," so others could see what words people have blocked and use them if they want.

No only see certain words. Chat settings would apply only to the people who use them.
Say Person a said: "My hot dog is so hot I got scalded!"
if Person b had hot blocked, he would see, "My ### dog was so ### I got scalded!"
however, if person c didn't, he would see, "My hot dog is so hot I got scalded!"

OR 13+ no annoying building of a chatpack which is harder to make than the worlds most complex chatbot. Trust me, I tried. I like the old system for 13+. Ban anyone who uses bad language. -13 should have this system though. |

Support, sorta.
Sure, they may be able to go and set words they shouldn't see to be visible, but...
If they lied about their age, or made a fake email, ROBLOX could not be legally held responsible.
However, I think this should be for 16, 17, or 18+; not for 13+.
At 16, 17, 18+ one is seen as being "mature" and "adult."
At 13 to 15, one is generally in middle school, with the exceptions of early/late birthdays, and those in who skipped or failed a grade. Middle schoolers, and even high school freshmen are generally in a state of immaturity on par with an elementary schooler. At the very least, one should be 16 before they are able to alter this list for themselves.
