Hi, I have a few ideas to stopping spam in comments. - You probably know that you can't duplicate your posts (For example, posting a post with the same content twice on a thread). This also should happen to comments, Most people make a few sentences, then copy and paste them, but now, this is seen as duplicate comments, and will not be allowed for commenting. This will delay very much spam. - Also, very much comment posts are spammed with spaces. Now just like posting on the group wall, these spaces will be put onto eachother, preventing the pages from being stretched. - When someone gets a warning for spamming on comments, they can not comment or post on forums for one week. Currently 99% of the comments is spam, so yea, it is used to advertise, scam people, steal accounts, and share adult content. |

Yes, but else we say, after the first warning, 1 day no comments, after the second warning, a week no comments, and after the third time he spammed, he gets a 1 day ban. |
