Dynamic Lighting on older Gear and new Hats

Pretty much self explanatory. Add dynamic lighting to gear that was before the update. Also, maybe some dynamic lighted hats?

Yeah, but a lot of other gears use flames. Know how cool it would look for a sword that has fire added on it to light up the place?
