Well, ill spell it out for you. My place has lots for sale that other people can take the free model for that respective lot and make a building for that lot. The reason i dont build everything myself is that it would take alot of time AND my building style is probably a bit monotonus. So If Many people helped out, the place would have variety and look nice.
Just do the police station one lol. |

Can you make a clan meeting room it doesn't need to be that big just to fit a couple of tables. ( the reason I can't do it is i'm in the middle of building a huge 2 baseplate hq its coming along great but takes alot of my time. |
