Put a cap on numbers at trainings; Members often wait for 5-10 minutes per round whilst others complete things like Swordfights.

Make a Castle Cobalt style fort.
Not like WIJ's but more fun stuff to do, like cards to collect, little obbies, and stuff.
As I've been a fan of TRA bases for a while, I'd enjoy seeing that.

A clan's progress is dependent on two things:
-Military leadership
-How many orders your soldiers follow
On the battlefield, your objective is reached when your Officers find an immaculate way to reach that objective (good military leadership).
Your trooper's job is to execute that objective by following whatever order is issued to him (how many orders your soldiers follow). As an added note; this is basically discipline.
I try forcing troops to increase their discipline AND combat like so:
-Hosting a discipline session in the beginning part of their training
~Face drills
~"Simon Says"
~Marching drills
(Trainers may do anything additional here)
After this discipline session, it ensures that soldiers follow orders, making combat session easier. Why? After that boring discipline training, in which soldiers get bashed on if they are immature; they will get excited for the combat training, and follow orders in the combat session from the examples in the discipline session.
If you did your job right in the discipline session, combat session will be much easier for your soldiers to follow orders because it's more "fun" for your troops.
Hopefully this will be useful for the assistance in TRA's progression. |
