You people are taking their words way too seriously. Their use of the word 'couple' insinuates that it'll be out soon, but nowhere did they post 'Oh, yeah it should be done by the 20/05/13 (DD/MM/YY)'. |

ROBLOX will always give a response. You can contact them through a PM to an administrator, preferrable a developer working on the website, or through E-Mail & Twitter.
Stop being so obnoxious. You're complaining they're not sticking to 'imaginary deadlines' but refuse to even attempt to inquire as to when the update will be pushed out. Your petition will do nothing since, wait for it, they've already stated they'll do it. |

Step One: E-mail asking what the expected release date is
Step Two: Acknowledge that it will take a while for this to be programmed
Step Three: Be patient
Seriously. They have to program this, and that will be hard because there was a glitch in this area before. They have to program it so the glitch doesn't come back up and cause more problems. Also, the ROBLOX content team has been working on a few things recently. In time, they will get around to this. |

couple of weeks= 2 weeks or more
Read again, 2 weeks OR MORE. It doesn't specifically say it would be done in 2 weeks does it? So stop whining and be patient. |

I stated you should stop expecting things that they didn't have to give. The fact it remained unfixed for so long was all you should have gotten. Ex BC don't technically deserve anything, and I dislike how they responded to the uproar. Stop being a completely egotistical idiot. 'Ohhhh i want 2 scrub it in ur face' -> Get lost. I'm allowed an opinion, as much as you are but you seem to have to result to childish insults and completely obnoxious, cult followed, phrases. |
