Like users get 10 Tix a day for free, groups should have this too. This would not ruin the economy as group funds can only be used for ads and rolesets. Another idea is trade currency just for groups, so this would compliment my above suggestion on this thread.

The fist guy you said @above to was me, the person who created the thread, I was explaining to him that my idea was for groups to get tix, he misunderstood or was trolling.
