It has come to my attention recently that VS members are being disrespectful to NCO trainers at their training. At NCO trainings the NCO trainer is in absolute control, you are to show them respect and treat them like they are a Colonel. You also have to understand that this is a training for them as well, it helps them learn how to become a better trainer so when they become a high enough rank to host trainings they will know what to do. Also if you are saying to yourself "Well I don't hardly learn anything" well blame people who are being disrespectful. It doesn't help the trainer, or anyone in fact, if people are being disrespectful. Behave and be respectful in NCO trainings and you could learn more.
There is also a reason why the trainers have the NCO leave after the training is over. It is an evaluation of how the NCO trainer did. If you feel they didn't do well enough then you speak your mind. You can NOT get in trouble for saying the trainer was horrible, but reasons why they were would help. Evaluations help the trainer evaluate if the NCO trainer should be recommended for a promotion or points (For 1st Lt.) It also benefits the NCO trainer because they will know what they need to work on.
This is for Colonels who host NCO trainings!
You should be using ALL feedback to evaluate the NCO trainer, not just count up how many good comments and how many bad and base it on that. They also should not be biased, if someone you dislike has a bad comment on how the NCO trainer did you are to be open minded about it and take the comment seriously and use it in your evaluation. Another way you can be biased is if the NCO trainer is your friend and you give them a recommendation for a promotion when most of the feedback was negative. You are to be fair and treat every NCO trainer equally with evaluations.
If you have any complaints about a trainer or complaints or suggestions about trainings feel free to message Lt. General Opperblox24 or if it is about a Colonel you can message their Brigadier General.

I'm starting to notice that our daily average of training is going down every day.
This is why I would like to just state it out that, this is a problem that needs to be fixed immediately.
I will be monitering the amount of training we have each day till Monday.
I even noticed that some colonels host about one training each two weeks, if I'm correct.
Training should be a DAILY thing, and should stay as a daily thing.
If I see much improvement, nothing will be done and you will just have to keep up the good work. I don't see why you wouldn't like to host a training. I understand that you may not have the time to, or that your busy.
Training helps yourself and others. There are many benefits to it.
If I do not see improvement, messages will be sent to your brigadier generals and they will take it on from there. I also understand we have different timezones, and you all host training at times when I'm rather sleeping or awake. That's good to see we have colonels from around the world.
I hope this message will improve our amount of training, and I wish to see a large improvement so we won't have to do anything to you or your rank.

Important message to mryesname543, blastbro3000, and McBlub.
Mryesname543 and blastbro3000, I am back from my temporary leave and I would like you to start sending me your recommendation lists.
McBlub, you no longer need to take recommendation lists from my two colonels, thank you for the BIG help.
