I had the same problem once! Well, if you have Windows Internet Explorer 32 bit that you don't have to install ROBLOX, but if you have Mozzila Firefox or Safari. If you do have to install it then click Download, when its finished go on Start, All Programmes, ROBLOX, ROBLOX (or) ROBLOX studios. |

im having this to, I redownloaded nothing happened, used it on internet browser nothing happened, but when I restart computer it works if you tried this and did work your welcome. |

yes I am having this problem now, I played ROBLOX for 4 years since I was 13 now im 17 and it tell me I can't play it cause I got to download it, I reset my pc but it still does that. I uninstalled it and deleted it and I downloaded it again, Still nothing. I need help D: can anyone tell me what to do. I am using windows 8. |

I have the same problem as well like almost every person who posted on this thread. I restarted, re-downloaded, and tried on new browser too. Nothing I tried worked. It all started in a lightning storm when it struck the phone box and short circuited out internet. They fixed it and it screwed up since then. The last time I got to play was in October and I've tried every day to fix it but it didn't work. I really want to join my friend Carson on a game and I message him but I never get a reply. Someone give me new advice or I might have to quit ROBLOX for good. Peace out guys. |

roblox keep telling me to download it and I already have it then I Pressed it and it wouldent do it and then an update and I would try to play a game and it did the same thing to Roblox |

The same problem has happened to me. My brother cleaned the computer with Wise Disc Cleaner, and it only worked for 2 games and said it again. This is the first time it's happened to me. And god, It's my birthday. It isn't our computers. Roblox, Refund. |

DO NOT RESTART I HAVE TRIED THAT IT DID NOTHING All you guys need To Is Like try and uninstall Roblox Leave it keep checking the internet to see if the Red thing is still there if its gone it will stop giving you errors I did it once it worked |

I have the same problem but a bit different. Every time I try to play the game. It says I have to download it. I download it.And when I try to play a game, it says this.
'Cannot connect to the Roblox website.
Is Antivirus software preventing Roblox from accessing the Internet?'

I was having the same problem, it was very irritating. Basically what I did was I opened Roblox Studio, logged in with my roblox account then switched to classic view. Then I went on as normal, found a game, pressed play, yadda yadda, and it finally opened the player. I dont know if you can go through the regular website as usual after this, though, i just figured this out |

Its been 2 days and i cant play try this Games Had Tell Me if there is a error then do not download much games on your laptop or computer could be a virus #### try downloading something that scans your laptop and fixes it it dint work with me but it will work with any one of you but please i was the last Mod On This game now i cannot be a mod but a error made my badge go away if your also do not do the same thing what i did error error ERROR ERROR ERROR error scan ### error this is the problem on a ### top ### ### #### too much on ####
