In my technology class today, we were doing AutoCAD. All we had to do was modify a few settings and follow some instructions. There was someone who I was sitting nearby. I was half-way done in like 10 minutes (everyone else was like at the first five steps), and then that person mentioned earlier was like "How do I do this?" to me. I tell them what to do, and even do a step for them. Now, I'm 3/4ths done, after ignore the person near me pestering me constantly.
Meanwhile, I'm being pestered by all of them and have the urge to punch one of them in the face.
So, I then proceed to help them (yet again). I even had to help the people around them. So, I then go back and finish mine. Yes, the entire time they are pestering me and start calling me names to get my attention to help them. I manage to finish, and guess what? That person hasn't done ANYTHING since I helped him. So, I go to help him, and try to tell him what to do yet again. Instead of listening, he goofs off with one of his friends sitting beside him.
So I am now helping other people, who are (usually) much farther ahead. Then, once their done, I'm asked for help AGAIN by the same person, and his friend he was goofing off with. So I basically finish off their entire first page, while being questioned without stop, and answering "It happens later" to him. Then, I help his friend, and go sit down at my seat. I've helped him five times. I've told him at least TEN times to just follow what the paper says. He then says: "I'm trying, but I need you to make sure I'm doing it right." In the end, he managed to write three small lines (maximum of 8 characters) of code. Hell, he even screwed THAT code up.
So, I was done in 30 minutes (because their pestering distracted me from doing the code in even less), and the said person didn't even manage to finish the FIRST PAGE of code (there were three pages). I was done the first page and a half before they had done-I mean, I had done-their first LINE of code.
I ended up managing to not punch any of them in the face, although I nearly shoved one of them off their chair when they did a "pass it on" game and shoved me (He deserved to be shoved off his chair, but I wasn't very annoyed yet at this time).
