well i was wanting to post this idea for a long time. you can make your place hat powers enabled/disabled but hats give powers like cat ears give 1 or 2 studs higher and faster but about -5 health,roblox visor(good for newbs) gives 5+ health,blue wintercap makes your feet have more friction but 1 or 2 stud slower,little fluffy cloud makes you jump 3 or 4 studs higher but takes about -10 health,biggerhead gives 10 or 20+ health but makes you heavier. stuff like that. i tried to make it as balanced as i though. it would require lots of scripting though.

no it doesn't but when i make V.I.P shirts the Super V.I.P gets to boost the powers of hats ^_^

No, because some richer users will be totally dominant, and completely unfair. E.g, you have a ROBLOX visor, someone comes in with a valk helm. They have Bale Fire, auto kill, teleport, etc. etc. You have : A 1 damage sword. This idea is a no.

first of all. you overlooked something. i tried to include balance in everything. and who said hat gives you items? stuff in startpack might be useless. making the game less fun if items were given with stuff.
