I will be discussing a how to and a list of things that need to be fixed for RStudio running locally.

[How to]
1) Go to a blank place while you have internet connection.
2) Click 'File'
3) Click 'Save As'
4) Put it in a place you will remember, the folder I put all of my local saves is named 'LocalGameSaves.'
5) When your internet is off, go to the file you just saved and right click it.
6) Select 'Open with...'
7) If there is a recommended application, select it. If not, click the 'other' drop-down box and find the 'ROBLOX' application created by 'Roblox Corporation.'
8) RStudio 2013 will start to open, it will give you a warning message. Click accept.
9) Once you're finished editing, repeat process one through four.

[Fixes]
There's an issue with this. The application keeps sending errors to the output, and basically lags up the process, to the point where you cannot do anything. There should be a condition for the error report, in which server-related errors are not reported if RStudio 2013 is running locally.
