Roblox, moderators please read this if you have time to.
Roblox has now a whole dang lots of bugs, and glitches throughout the game, that are still not gettng fixed.
You should make Roblox less problematic, such as stop making people, not being able to connect to a game in "Play Mode". Or Connection to Game failed, ID=17.
Fix this at once, or your going to lose a ton of many players everyday by this. |

I know. The last time I've been able to play someone's game that WASN'T MINE was almost a YEAR AGO, or at least, 8 or 9 months ago >:O! |

Hello. My name is AnAverageFPSPlayer. I have been playing ROBLOX for about three years now. However, in the past year, it has been rather difficult for me to play games with other players. Whenever I try to connect to an online multiplayer server on ANY game, the ROBLOX program will load fine. But when the screen with the game actually shows up, it just says “Connecting to Server” for about 5 seconds before giving a message of “Failed to Connect to Game: ID = 17”. I have gotten feedback from various users that says it might be related to a firewall issue. However, I do not believe this is as plausible as I originally thought. Here is the reason: Whenever I played ROBLOX at school, it gave me the message. AND when I went to studio, it couldn’t connect to ROBLOX’s database to fetch models, decals, etc. So, I figured the firewall theory was probably correct. However, when I used a different PC that was NOT at my school, I was able to get into ROBLOX’s database in Studio, but STILL not able to connect to servers. I’ve always gotten the same message that I gave above. As a result, I have not been able to play ROBLOX games with other players very many times at all this last year. If you could look into this problem and give me some feedback so as to describe to me what might be causing the problem, I will greatly appreciate it.

Should I take the name of my main out before sending? Also, could you give me some feedback on the message itself before I actually send it? Because I don't want to send something rubbish and have ROBLOX not do anything :( |

Not being able to connect is not ROBLOX's fault entirely, it can be your's, you may want to check before placing the blame on ROBLOX. It's not a problem that can just be fixed anyway.

Yes, e-mailing WILL get you a response within 48 hours, it's not placed on the website to look pretty. It will definitely help more than making a thread that has been posted to this forum hundreds of times already. |

Hello-
ROBLOX doesn't bring the bugs and glitches, it's not there fault. They are being fixed, some may not be fixable, like error failed to connect to game ID=7. The best thing to do is report them to a moderator, one that may have time to read his or hers PM's.
