Command bar Glitch

I tried to re-position my Command a few days ago, I failed and it ended up insanely big and in the wrong place. I have tried to get it back to where it was but the dragging does not work, any help? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4w6HUUVhmCc , Sorry for the laggy quality.

Uninstall ROBLOX from your PC via Control Panel and reinstall at: http://www.roblox.com/install

I already did once today, it didn't help at all. I also tried to Reset all the settings to default but apparently it does not reset the tool bars.

Try disabling the command bar in your 'View' tab. After you have done this, re-open the 'View' tab and enable the bar. If it stays in the same place attempt to drag it back where it was originally.

*facepalm* Did you watch the video? I opened the Bar, tried to drag it, nothing happened. It has been closed, opened and dragged multiple times. And before you say it, Re-installing and resetting ROBLOX settings to default didn't help either.
