I had this problem with my Windows 7 PC in about 2012, exact same thing. It caused me to get a new laptop. I suppose it's now effecting Apple PC's it seems. When I had this issue not many seemed to have it as well, so it was really rare back then. I hope you guys find a solution.

Reply from ROBLOX Support: They said their engineers are looking into it but they are having problems trying to repeat the bug. Did anyone else get a reply like this from support?

I myself have not gotten that reply, but I don't recall hearing anyone get it either (and I've seen just about every thread on this). No idea what they are implying either.

It seems as though they've been putting this off maybe. I don't get many updates to my Roblox as much as there was before. Some people have had to deal with this for a month now. It's getting kind of ridiculous.
