The MI6 squad system didn't work, so we are proposing a few new rank systems. Two main ones, Shea's and Flesk's, are the two that received the most support. In this vote, everyone from Leader to Recruit is allowed and requested to vote. Alternate accounts are NOT allowed in the vote, and if it is seen by 2/3 JL's that an alternate account was used, the vote will be scrapped and redone.

I vote for shea's plan.
Toa, except from filling space, I'm sure that Tier Trainings remove the need for other groups that would be used as an academy for an specified rank. |

Let him do what he wants. Really, the tiers are more of placeholders. The tier 1 and tier 2 are just semesters for the same rank. I was just trying to make the least ranks possible but still have it make sense. |

Sheals, BUT I don't think that there should be a training tier right after the recruit rank, recruit IS a training rank. |

@Atl, the recruit rank is mostly a slot for inactive noobs and alts. The real training will happen when they request to be in the T-1 rank, or show up to a training. |

NO tier training's, and it gives us specific roles for three people, and makes it simple.
Alongside that, we have a colour for each rank class so, StffSgt's and under are reds. Recruits are white Colonel-LT get blue, General's and joint leaders get gold
and the specialists will have half/half bands for each class, Equipment specialist gets green/gold, Strategy gets red/gold and Scripting gets blue/gold. All of this could be implemented by a T-shirt that has a block with each colour that goes in a designated patch on the front of a uniform. I have seen an idea similar to this implemented in Irrelus Empire, and it worked swimmingly well. |
