Roblox Not Downloading? Starting up issue? Please help

Whenever I try to play Roblox, I get a dumb message telling me to download the RobloxPlayerLauncher. So, I download it and it brings Roblox up again, I got to play a game again, and it will say that I still need to download it. Please Help Me -Thanks Doctor :P
