We are burning the academy to the ground.
All it has brought us is inactivity and a flawed system. The academy brings focus away from the main group and overall makes it more difficult to run.
A new ranking system will be placed and the initiate course will be used as an Honor place to receive your first promotion.
We will have activity checks every week, and if you fail to go to the activity checking place and receive the badge, you will be removed from the group.
As for the current war it shall go on as planned and hopefully we can try to strike in a few wins. Though our victory is doubtful, we'll give them a war they won't forget.
We shall be stronger than ever.
