A Way spaced Usernames could be used.

For instance if you wanted to make a spaced name like Shedletsky BUT UH OH!? What if someone steals the name? Well I thought of that someone can only do two spaces AND if there isn't a letter at the end or atleast two letters There will be a error and it will not let the player go threw with this c; So this way spaced usernames can be used.

I had to re-read that to make sense of it, but I like your thinking. I'm not sure I completely support this though.
