How about you have to have an email to get an account. And you can only use the email 3 times(or 1, 3 because siblings) For making an account. People spamming our not taking any punishment, as they can just make an alt and spam.

hey what if you have 5 children or more, have you thought about that and you could just go and make a new email, easily loophole-able
