"Damn," "ass," and "hell" are all allowed -- IN CONTEXT. That means not being used in a harassing manner or aimed negatively at another player. So: "Oh, hell" is fine; "go to hell" is not. "I just got my ass kicked" -- ok. "You're an ass" -- not ok. It's pretty clear; just use common sense. Ultimately, the judgment of acceptable use lies with the mods, not the players. So I'll repeat myself: don't tell other players what they can do or not do. If you think there's an issue, report it and move on. Arguing or lecturing doesn't help.
