Group Admin Bug (READ AND REPLY)

Hello, Is there a reason I can't configure items in a group I own on the account Sunsshines that are made by another user? I don't understand why I cannot configure items in my group that I did not create, please reply Thanks, ~ Sunsshines (Has 1337 posts, so I'm posting with my alt).
