Moderators actually doing their jobs and moderating. There's at least 10 threads of spam on the first page and many other pages of the C&G, and nothing is being done about it.

Maybe, just MAYBE, they can't do something at the blink of an eye. They need to check out all the reports you send in, and make sure they're valid, which takes some time.
