Surveys for advantages (Repost)

So, what I want is a feature where people can complete surveys to get advantages such as Builder's Club. Roblox would take the money from the companies who made the surveys, and give the user who completed them points which would be exchangeable for the benefits. Roblox would have to check surveys before allowing them to keep kids safe.

How would they lose money? The BC/Robux would be getting paid for, just not by users. It would be the companies who pay for their surveys to be done which pays for the advantage.
