Is there a known fix for this issue yet?
I've re-installed Roblox many time, I've disabled all the firewalls on my computer, and I still get this error every time I join a game

I have the same problem, I'm waiting for Roblox to email me back. It's not anything to do with our graphics cards or CPU's or anything, I know that. I don't know if Roblox will be able to fix it though. |

Well I'll just threaten them with demanding for a refund for my BC and quitting Roblox. They'll be losing a lot of happy customers and money, If they just ignore me. I've done everything to try and fix this but it's still not working. |

I play Roblox because I like playing games and building. I don't play to sit around making forums about problems Roblox customer service can't help me with. They do indeed have a pretty good customer service they usually get to me before 48 hours. But I'm tired of emailing them like 5 times a week. I have 1 problem with my graphics card, I can't see materials. But I know from other people that me not being able to save or upload my games, and play games is not because of my graphics card. |

i got a similar problem.. it says "Failed to connect to this server. User Code = 0x17" on every single game i try to play even on my iPad.. they wont fix it like he said above. |

roblox is everytime with 0x1 problem,also we cant upload roblox studio files.

All it is is a error that happens. Basicly it has to do with if the game can't be loaded or that the game is to big for your computer to handle and so it won't let you play it. If it happens log out log back in then if it happens again you might have a bad computer thats to slow to be able to complie with the games needs like space and other things along this line. I hope I help because it happens to me sometimes. |

This is because his computer sucks and he can't upload new pans and updates to roblox, and he can't send it to anyone to do it... :\ |

I'll try that, I do run multiply tabs well playing Roblox but this is the first time this has happened. Hopefully this works, thanks! |

easy bro, first change the time and date to something like for example its 7/17/2013 try to change it to 7/26/2013 and try to play something (when u changed it to 7/26/2013 just let it like that cause when u return it back to the normal day/present itt wont let u again) |
