THIS ONLY WORKS FOR WINDOWS USERS I had been having this problem for weeks, until I decided to give up the waiting so I found a way to re install ROBLOX correctly, (Perfectly) and get it running again. This should fix the 0x08 or the 0x01 problem (whatever the problem you are having) or the Configuring ROBLOX problem. 1. Go to the windows button on the bottom left corner. 2. Type %appdata% 3. Now click on Roaming. You should have something like: C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming 4. Then click on the AppData arrow pointing right on the search bar at the top of the roaming, and you should see something that says: Local LocalLow Roaming 5. Click on Local, and delete the file called ROBLOX 6. After deleting, go to LocalLow and delete RbxLogs and rbxcsettings.rbx. NOTE: IF you have problem on deleting these files, restart your computer so that it will refresh the pages you have opened before. (Only if it tells you to try again) 7. Go to your desktop, and finish the job by deleting every ROBLOX related things. (Icons, shortcuts etc) 8. Go to the ROBLOX website, and redownload the game by clicking play on any game. IMPORTANT: It will say Installing ROBLOX, configuring ROBLOX or getting the Latest ROBLOX. DO NOT TURN IT OFF, JUST WAIT! For any further questions, please ask Eric5283 by private messaging him. Also if it worked, please send me a message too.
