Their 'cents' are coins with the three main founders of Eether on it (10c, 20c, 50c). CHARACTER CS:
Name (Could be something/someone significant to your nation although you're still referred as your nation's name): Marko Saaresto
Age (Or what they appear to be): 32
Gender: Male
Appearance (Physical/Clothing): Eether is a rather tall fellow with extremely pale skin. He has rather long light blond hair that sweeps out from under his rod yellow barret. Small, circular, and wiry glasses are placed in front of his eyes, the casing (or wires, bleh) being made of gold, the almost bifocal-styled glasses draw attention to his light blue eyes. He wears a blue trench coat with a small Eetherian flag patch stitched onto the front. Eether's same-colored blue khakis go well with the mix as well.
Personality: Eether is extremely friendly and laid back to other nations and at times a little bit too friendly to the point where it gets annoying. He frowns slightly when the other nation he is talking to doesn't have that much unique about it which usually dwarfs the usual ever-droning conversation. He is also rather creative, presenting decent ideas to any kind of assembly.
Items: Sketchbook with a pencil, cellphone, and some miscellaneous items that I currently can't think of.
Pets: A polar bear cub named Brethern, sometimes Brether for short although Brethern is not always with Eether.
Other: Holy Roman Empire
