Anyway, OT doesn't have the linked intelligence to pick out what is useful and what isn't. Off Topic is the most unneeded and useless, all you do is type memes and the most random scenarios you can think of.
Or the chance that somehow the digits of a forum ID will increase or decrease your chances for an event to happen.
